A disposable negative-pressure anterior chamber puncture needle comprises a needle cap (1), a puncture needle (2), a needle seat (3), an internal needle (4), an internal needle sheath (5), an air plug (6), a needle barrel (7), a collecting pipe (8) and a collecting pipe frame (9). The negative-pressure anterior chamber puncture needle can discharge aqueous humor from the anterior chamber slowly and in fixed quantities by setting a negative pressure value in the collecting pipe (8), to prevent a sudden drop of the intraocular pressure. The specification of the collecting pipe (8) is the same as that of a 0.5 ml Eppendorf microcentrifuge tube. The collecting pipe (8) can be directly used for collecting and storing the aqueous humor without the need of the transfer of the aqueous humor, so that the probability of intraocular infection is reduced. The front portion of the needle seat (3) is designed to be an arc shape in order to limit the needle insertion depth and secure the puncture needle (2) during a puncture procedure.
