The present invention relates to a method for steaming during changing of a softwood into a hardwood;the method comprises:at a certain temperature,a certain pressure is applied to a softwood,and while steaming at intervals or continuously,high-temperature high-pressure treatment is performed;at a certain temperature,a certain pressure is applied to the high-temperature high-pressure treated softwood,and while steaming at intervals or continuously,continued pressure treatment is performed;by means of the above operation,the pit-shaped cells inside the softwood are changed so that they have a flattened structure;air,resin,tannin compounds,and other impurities are removed from the cells of the softwood at the same time,such that the processed softwood has the robust texture of a hardwood.
