英国外观设计专利申请流程及费用
发布时间：2018-10-16在英国，三维的外观设计，即形状（shape）和构造（configuration，指一个设计中不同部分的连接方式）可自动享有外观设计权（design right），但二维的平面设计，如纹理、墙纸、图形、装饰等必须经过注册才能受到外观设计保护。
英国知识产权局（Intellectual Property Office，UKIPO）负责英国外观设计专利的授权及管理，具体的英国外观设计专利申请流程及费用如下：

1．申请
申请注册英国外观设计的，可以采取纸质或在线两种方式，申请需提交申请表以及展示外观设计的照片、素描图、计算机辅助作图等文件。
2．审查
收到申请后，UKIPO将在1个月内进行审查。如果审查后发现问题，申请人可以在2个月内予以回复。申请人不同意审查员的决定的，可以申请听证。
3．注册并公开
审查员最终确认不存在问题的，申请将得到注册、公开并发给注册证书。
注册有效期最长为25年，从有效的申请日起计算，但每5年需缴纳续展费进行续展。
